A re-emphasis on folders

How's everyone holding up during The Wait? Seems the collective answer is "I'm doing fine", so let's continue on.

Not to knock down my cohorts sharded and sushirice25, but I do a lot of modding for this group (because I am addicted to the internet or something). As such, I have noticed one primary problem, and that is the grand ol' Folder Confusion Theory.

We've got a lot of folders for this group, not gonna lie, but that also means it's crazy organized, which is pretty awesome. It also means that a lot of the comments I write are "Please re-submit to the _____ folder". To save on time and get your submissions into the group faster, I would like to re-emphasize the folders, which can be seen to the left/on the main page.

All of them are pretty self-explanatory, but probably the most tripped-up on is "Featured". Think of this as the last-ditch folder, because pretty much anything that doesn't belong in any other folder goes there. The most common example would be crossovers with past Doctors/companions, like 11 hanging with Ace or Rory and 2 in a fistfight. (What? They're examples, I didn't say they'd be good.)
